From the end of October to the end of April you can enjoy perfect diving experiences here in the southern coast of Sri Lanka and from May to October on the eastern coast of Sri Lanka.

On average, the temperatures are always high.
A lot of rain (rainy season) falls in the month: April, May, September, October, November and December.
The warmest month is January with an average maximum temperature of 31°C (87°F).
The coldest month is January with an average maximum temperature of 30°C (71°F).
November is the wettest month. This month should be avoided if you are not a big fan of rain.
January is the driest month.
