Lover’s Leap Falls

About 6 kilometers away from the Nuwara Eliya town this amazing 30 meter tall waterfall lies in the middle of a tea plantation. The sheer rock face resembles the lover’s leap in Trincomalee, however we haven't come across any historical connection between the two. If you have the energy to walk you can take the gravel roads through the tea plantations opposite the Pedro Factory, the roads won't be ideal for cars with lesser ground clearance. From the top you can have a birds view of the whole Nuwara Eliya city.
