With its colonial style bungalows, golf courses, colourful gardens, and the cool climate Nuwara Eliya is a town in the central hills of Sri Lanka with a British feel to it. It is often referred to as “Little England”. From the colonial times Nuwara Eliya has been considered as the most important tea production areas in the country.
